Mudride Radio aims to be a monthly mixtape podcast. Beginning in October 2011, I will create and release one episode of Mudride Radio per month.
I may occasionally intersperse mixes with images or requests from listeners.
Mudride Radio has its roots in the old Hoodride Radio Hoodcasts that became popular in the aircooled VW movement during the early-to-mid 2000s.
Requests are welcome and I also encourage listeners to create their own IDs and drops that I can work into the mixes. Drop me a note on the request line and I'll get you my contact info.

Mudride Radio - Mudcast #9 [84MB | 01h01m11s]
May is here and already it’s hot. Big thanks and love to DJ JSKI for knocking out not one, but two mixes! I’ve got this month and next covered, which is good because we’ve moved into a new place and work has been keeping me busy! May’s mix is a rave cave throwback. Turn out the lights, get the glowsticks, kids!
Here’s the track list:
If you dig what you hear, check out the artists. Buy their stuff…go see them live. Tweet them up and support their work! If this mix doesn’t make you kick up your feet and groove, don’t sweat it. There’s a corker of a sub-thumper waiting for June!

Hello April! When did you get here? No, not some lady named April…the month! I am happy to say that I am working again, but overtime and a small child has meant few hours in front of the computer. It has meant, however, plenty of time at work to listen to music. This month it’s all cover songs! I’ve some very recognizable tracks done in some very interesting ways. And that’s really what I love about covers…when someone really takes it, owns it, and makes it their own.

Isn’t it March that comes in like a Lion? Well, this lion bears the name JSKI as he’s offered up another great mix to keep you rockin’ through March! I love this mix he’s whipped up and have had it on repeat for the past week!

For Science of the Day: Bored one day at Imperial College’s Blast lab, the Inside Knowledge team decided to recreate The White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” using sounds made throughout the day by resident scientists doing science stuff.

Science rocks!
…looks like we’ve got a guest DJ for March’s mix! :D

Welcome to February’s mix! This one showcases the best hip-hop you’ve never heard before! Believe it or not, Australia is a hotbed of awesome new music and hip-hop is a large part of that scene!
I’ve found Aussie hip-hop to much more socially conscious (oh, and party-oriented). It’s not all bitches, bling, and hoes. Nothing’s donked out, no one’s getting crunk nor hyphy, but the grooves are top notch and guaranteed to keep your heads bobbin’!
Here’s the track list:
If you dig what you hear, check out the artists. Buy their stuff…go see them live (if by rare chance they tour the USA). Tweet them up and support their work! If hip-hop of any origin just isn’t your bag, don’t sweat it. I’ll have something new cranked out for March.
I definitely think you’re gonna groove to this one!
